herumzureisen. Wir buchen alle Wagen über Avis, einer international angesehenen
Firma für Autovermietung, mit denselben Konditionen und Preisen wie auf den Avis
Webseite veröffentlicht. Hotels entlang Ihrer Strecke können wir für Sie
reservieren, so daß Ihre Übernachtungen sicher im Voraus gebucht sind. Für alles
andere können Sie Ihren Reiseplan selber bestimmen. Alle Wagen sind gut
gepflegt, klimatisiert und haben Radio mit CD oder Kassettenspieler. Was
enthalten ist und was nicht, können Sie in der untenstehenden
Tabelle sehen.
Genaue Bedingungen finden sich in dem Vertrag, den Sie bei Abholung Ihres Wagens
selber unterschreiben. Alles, was bei Reservierung nicht enthalten war, Sie aber
gerne hinzufügen möchten, wenn Sie den Wagen abholen (zum Beispiel die
Möglichkeit eines extra Fahrers oder eine zusätzliche Versicherung) kann gemacht
werden, in dem Moment wo Sie den Wagen abholen.
Wichtig zu wissen sind
folgende Dinge: In Thailand herscht Linksverkehr. Straßen sind nicht überall
gleich gut erhalten und der Fahrstil der Thailänder ist etwas weniger
strukturiert als der in Westeuropa oder den USA. Das verlangt von Ihnen erhöhte
Aufmerksamkeit, vor allem nach Sonnenuntergang, wenn es dunkel ist. Die Straßen
können riesige Löcher haben vor denen keinerlei Warnzeichen oder Absicherungen
stehen. Kühe, Gänse Hunde und andere Tiere können plötzlich die Straße
überqueren. Straßenverkehrsordnung und Gesetzgebung in Thailand sind nicht
unbedingt zwingend wie in Ihrem Heimatland und Verkehrsregeln werden nicht von
jedermann befolgt. Vorfahrtsrecht wird oftmals von denen genutzt, die am
schnellsten fahren oder die größten Wagen haben. LKW und Busse können andere
überholen: in Kurven, an Hügeln oder anderen unübersichtlichen Stellen. Ärgern
Sie sich nicht, seien Sie nur gewarnt und fahren Sie defensiv. Die Thais ändern
ihren Fahrstil sowieso nicht und Ihr Hauptziel ist es ohne Unfall zu fahren und
sicher nach Hause zu kommen. Stellen Sie sicher, zu jeder Zeit innerhalb freier
Sichtdistanz anhalten zu können. Passen Sie ihre Geschwindigkeit entsprechend
an. Überholen Sie vorsichtig. Fahren Sie aufmerksam und benutzen Sie ihr
übliches Fahrgefühl. Generell: Fahren Sie so defensiv wie möglich und
vorzugsweise mehr als das. Trotz dieser warnenden Hinweise werden Sie Autofahren
in Thailand als Vergnügen empfinden

We can make the
reservation for you. Payment needs to be done by yourself at the
moment that you pick up your car at the Avis location. Payments
need to be made by using a valid creditcard which is registered
to the person on whose name the reservation is made. This will
also be the peson who will drive the car. |

Diver minimum ages
of 23 years and acquires driving license for at least one year.
Renter's passport and valid driving license need be provided
upon rental. |

Daily period of
rental is based on 24 hours basis. For each hour (or part
thereof) that the car is returned too late, 20% of the daily
rental rate will be surcharged. Should the renter wish to extend
the rental beyond the original agreed return date, the renting
station must be advised immediately and the required payment
needs to be arranged in advance, so that the insurance coverage
is extended. |

One way rental
available from minimum 3 days between all Avis Thailand
locations, no drop fee for 7 days or more. |

You drive at your
own risk. Thaitraveldreams can book the rental car for you but
explicitly rejects all responsibility for loss, damage, personal
injury or death due to the use of the car, direct or
consequential. Personal insurances to cover any risks are your
own responsibility. |

Prices in Baht
are leading. These are the prices that need to be paid upon
collecting your car. Prices in Euro are indicative and based on
recent exchange rates. Rates are subject to change without
notice and subject to availability car. |
